Abstract Format:

 

Paper Title: Must be written in bold and uppercase letters. Scientific names must be italicized and written in lowercase. Ensure that there are two blank lines between the title and the authors.

 

Authors: The first letters of first and last names must be capitalized. The presenting author must be listed first, followed by co-authors. Use an asterisk (*) to indicate the presenting/corresponding author. Ensure one blank line between authors and affiliations.

 

Affiliations and corresponding author email: Provide only the email address of the presenting/corresponding author. Ensure two blank lines between affiliations and the main text.

 

Section headings: Must be written in bold. Leave two single-line spaces above each section heading. Leave half a line (6 pt) below each heading.

 

Text: Must be single spaced.

 

Page size: A4 format, maximum length of two pages.

 

Margins: Left margin = 3 cm; right margin = 3 cm; top margin = 2.5 cm; bottom margin = 2.5 cm.

 

Font: Times New Roman, 10-point font, except for the corresponding author’s email, which should be 9-point.

 

Figures and tables: Must be appropriately sized to fit within the page format and remain clearly readable.

Submission guidelines – important information

 

1. All abstracts must be written in English, which is the official language of the SRS2026, and submitted as a Word document (.doc or .docx).
    

2. Abstracts must be submitted exclusively through the online submission system, which requires prior registration on the electronic platform.
    

3. Authors must indicate their preferred presentation format (oral or poster). However, the Scientific Committee will make the final decision regarding the allocation of oral presentations and will notify the corresponding authors accordingly.
    

4. The corresponding author, who is responsible for submitting and presenting the work, must upload the abstract to the platform for review. Any change of presenter must be communicated to the Technical Secretariat.
    

5. All presenters are responsible for covering their own registration, accommodation, and travel expenses. The SRS2026 does not provide financial support for attendance costs.
    

6. No printed abstract book will be produced; instead, an online compilation will be made available to registered participants.
